Our consultant was approached by a public health organisation to help directors to improve their behaviors and help them to resolve internal conflict. Staff turnover, internal morale was low and relationships between leaders were strained.

The approach involved using psychometric assessment to diagnose the participant's strengths and development areas and to help inform the design of their Personal Development Plans (PDP). 
The PDP then formed the basis for the coaching conversation and journey as self-awareness improved and the individual’s motivation to change was ignited.

A conversation between the coach and participants followed, where the executive coach and the participant agreed on a gap analysis and basis for the journey ahead with key milestones.
